Product Description


Applicable standards for this instrument: SH/T0794, ASTM D5191. It is suitable for measuring the vapor pressure of liquid petroleum products (micro method). Inject the 3ml sample saturated with air into a 15ml volume of the pre-evacuated test chamber. The temperature is controlled at 37.8±0.1°C. Read and evaluate the pressure value every one minute until the pressure stabilizes at 0.1KPa within 3 minutes. The random configuration includes the necessary parts for the test which can be completed without additional spare parts. All the key components are imported, such as pressure sensors, industrial computers, etc., which greatly guarantees the accuracy of the data and the stability of the instrument.


Software performance:

The instrument can operate independently or connect to multiple PCs through HLIS/ALAN to control. The operator can choose quick method or built-in operating instructions to define the test process. It can store 200 groups of data reports, displaying, printing and making LIMS transmission of customized design test reports.

Have automatic operating procedures, such as judging the test results, saving results, printing results, etc.

Have the full Chinese operating system. All experimental processes can be completed automatically after the sample’s injection.

The instrument has a built-in diagnostic program that can check every core component and functional block of the instrument.

The temperature and pressure test system can be calibrated automatically. You can calibrate the temperature and pressure through the screen.

Hierarchical access prevents random modification of the parameters of the test program.

When there is a blue screen, system crash, etc. during use, the instrument has a one-key recovery function and retains the original test data and setting procedures.
