Water in Transformer Oil

If the transformer oil in mutual inductor contains saturated water, when the device in working it will happens breakdown, affecting the normal operation.The most dangerous situation,it would happens explosion because of powerful electric arc, there have been stories of personal injury. Thus,we must avoid to the water from entering in transformer oil in transport, transshipment and storage processes. If you entered a large amount of water in the drum, efforts should be made to remove the water, you can use method of settlement,to make water sinks to the bottom, and then trying to remove the upper oil extraction, but inevitable the oil also contains some water, and then repeatedly use desiccant adsorption method or filtering methold,untill the water in oil under 6PPM.
