After exclusion of the above two factors, cause the vacuum pump is not the main reason that limit vacuum degree are the following several aspects: pump oil pollution, oil pump need; oil filter blockage, causing compression of oil filling system of oil not free, oil supply shortage, causing the pump body seal is not strict, need to clean the internal oil filter; oil distributor valve deformation, wear or damage, can also lead to oil supply shortage, should then check replacement oil distributor valve; long time caused by the use of the rotary vane vacuum pump wear or the spring tension in the rotor is insufficient, resulting in the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber isolation is not strict, which caused the decline in vacuum vacuum pump performance. At this time should be replacement of the rotary piece and a spring, and clean the rotor and the pump cavity; check exhaust valve, watching the action is failure, leading to poor exhaust, exhaust valve replacement when necessary.
