TPY-70 Carbon Black Compressor is a semi-automatic compression instrument with electromechanical integration, which uses automatic control to realize automatic compression and decompression of carbon black.

Through the rising and falling of the plunger, the crushing of carbon black and the return of the plunger are realized.

Digital display of pressure and number of compressions. Set the range of 0~40MPa through the keyboard menu, and the pressure between the shaft end surface of the plunger and the bearing seat can reach 0~200MPa.

The instrument realizes the automatic control of the instrument through panel operation. It solves the disadvantages that compression and decompression can only be carried out in one direction, the operation is cumbersome, and manual counting is easy to make mistakes.

It has a high degree of automation, intuitive display, convenient operation and short operation time.

TPY-70 Carbon Black Compressor can also be used for compression of other powder materials.
