Product Introduction:
At present, the contact resistance measurement in power system commonly adopts conventional QJ44 type two-arm DC bridge, and the test current of such bridge is only mA grade which makes it difficult to find the defect of loop conductor cross-sectional area reduction. When testing high voltage switch conductive circuit contact resistance, due to the effect of oil film and the oxide layer between the contacts, the measured value is several times larger and can not reflect the real value of the contact resistance. So the power department standard SD301-88 "AC 500KV Power Equipment Handing Over And Preventive Testing Code" and new edition "Electrical Equipment Preventive Test Code"  make the regulations that circuit breaker and disconnecting switch contact resistance measuring current should not be less than DC 100A to ensure accurate test results.

LOP-III loop resistance tester adopts digital circuit technology and switch circuit technology, used as a special equipment for measuring switch control device contact resistance and loop resistance. Test current adopts recommended 100A DC recommended by national standard GB763. It can directly measure loop resistance or contact resistance under current of 100A and directly display out. They can also be saved in the instrument with maximum groups up to 100. The saved data can be uploaded to computer via RS232 interface. The instrument has accurate measuring, stable performance, and is suitable for power supply department on-site maintenance and measurement of high voltage switch factory loop resistance.
